NO. Jack and Friends does not have a printed catalog. Please refer to our website for current product availability as we are an Internet business only. New products are added on a regular basis. Newsletter subscribers will be notified approx. once a month of new product arrivals, sale items, and special discounts for subscribers only.
Do you buy and sell Antique/Used items?
NO. We sell only brand NEW Vintage/Retro Reproductions.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
NO. We are an online retail store and offer no wholesale prices.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped same day Monday - Friday when placed by 11:00 AM Central Time. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 1-5 business days depending on your location.
I did not receive an order notification?

tracking number when your order is shipped. Please contact us here if you do not
receive your order shipment notification.
