Shipping Policy
We ship to the U.S.
48 States Only. Ground shipping is $6.95 for orders up to $299.99 (US 48 states only). No extra hidden costs. We ship your Ground order via UPS (in some rare cases FedEx or USPS). FREE SHIPPING on orders of $300.00 or more. Your order will ship same day if you order by 11:00 AM Central Time Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 11 AM Central Time on a Friday, will ship next Monday. (With the exception of holidays or delays due to extreme weather conditions).
UPS will NOT deliver to a P.O. Box. Please supply a physical address.
Delivery time for Ground Shipping is 1-5 business days, depending on your location.
Most of our orders will require a signature at delivery, so please make provisions to receive your package. If a package is returned due to being unclaimed, additional shipping charges may be applied when re-shipped.

Saturday Delivery:
We do not offer Saturday Delivery.
Crosley Products 90 day Warranty/Return Policy (CR12 Jukeboxes excluded, see down below)
0-30 days: We will replace or repair items that are defective for up to 30 days from the time you receive your shipment. Call us at 1-800-998-1950 for a Return authorization number. A "3 Attempt Call Tag" by UPS will be issued to pick up the defective item (free of charge). When we receive the item back we will repair or replace and return it to you at our expense.
31-90 days: If an item is defective within that time, the buyer needs to follow the instructions on the warranty card included with every Crosley item. This calls for calling the telephone number on the warranty card.
91 days - : You have to contact the manufacturer directly (Crosley Radio) at PHONE: 1-800-926-7801, FAX 1-502-584-8531
IMPORTANT:
CROSLEY Products that are returned because the customer no longer wants them are not covered by our return policy and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Policy for the CR12 Jukeboxes
The policy for the CR12 jukeboxes is slightly different. It is for six months, rather than 90 days, and calls for the customer to repackage it and make it available to the carrier for pickup and return. If a jukebox customer does not keep the original packaging for the length of the warranty we are not responsible for return packaging or shipping to us. We place an "Open Before Unpacking" note on the shipping box. It contains a complete unpacking and instruction manual which instructs the buyer that they must retain the original packing.
We make every effort to work with a jukebox buyer to have them assist in repairing the jukebox or assist in finding suitable repair facilities. If that is not possible, defective jukeboxes may need to be returned for repair.
