CROSLEY Products 90 day Warranty/Return Policy

0-30 days: We will replace or repair items that are defective for up to 30 days from the time you receive your shipment. Call us at 1-877-850-1964 for a Return authorization number.
A "3 Attempt Call Tag" by UPS will be issued to pick up the defective item free of charge (US 48 states only).
When the product is received we will repair or replace and return it to you at our expense.

IMPORTANT: Non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restock fee, must be returned within 30 days of receipt at your expense and requires a return authorization from JackandFriends

31-90 days: If an item is defective within that time, the buyer needs to follow the instructions on the warranty card included with every Crosley item. This calls for calling the telephone number on the warranty card.
